DM Abhishek Prakash released helpline numbers for corona patient and related problems.

Some helpline numbers were issued yesterday by District Magistrate Abhishek Prakash for the convenience of the general public and it was directed that other important complaints / problems such as sanitisation, dead bodies, oxygen, medicine, cremation problems at crematorium, problems related to hospitals Arrangements should also be made. In addition to the numbers issued on April 27, the following services are also being started through the call center / dedicated helpline number: -

1) The District Magistrate informed that helpline numbers are also being issued to the general public for information regarding home delivery of medicine and oxygen on the basis of private payment. By calling, information can be obtained for medicine at home and oxygen.

2) The District Magistrate informed that toll free facility has also been started for the vehicle. Whose number is 1800 180 5780.

3) For other problems / complaints related to the care of hospitalized patients, a written complaint may be sent to email id: - dmoffice.hospitalcomplain@gmail.com or whatsapp 9454416482.

4) In addition to the problem of hospitalization, home isolation kit and other miscellaneous problems can be obtained by calling the helpline number 0522-4523000 of the Integrated Covid Control and Command Center.
