UP: Journalists declared as frontline workers, camps will be organized for vaccination in institutions

Journalists, judges and government officials and employees were declared frontline workers in the war against Corona in UP. Now they will be vaccinated with Corona on a priority basis. It is being told that for vaccination the teams themselves will go to camp in institutions and get vaccinated. Tell you that all people above the age of 18 years are being vaccinated with Corona in the state. Now journalists will also be given priority in this.

In the first phase in UP, vaccination is being done in Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Bareilly and Meerut districts with more than 9 thousand active cases. For vaccinations, those who have registered on the Kovin portal or Arogya Setu App, the slot was opened from Friday.

Vaccination in-charge Dr Ajay Ghai had said that the immunization of 45 crossed people will continue as before. The booths already built will continue to run. Separate booths have been set up for people between 18 and 44 years. Now the total number of booths has been around seven thousand.
