Thyroid is the major problem that many people faces today and to get treatment through ayurvedic way which involves exercise, diet, and lifestyle changes. Ayurvedic medicines use some herbs for the treatment of hypothyroidism.

1 Ashwagandha

 4 Guggul

It is made from the oily sap of the Commiphora mukul, a small thorny tree found in India. It is said to be very effective for treatment of thyroid.
