These are five movements to give you an endorphin stop on days that feel especially slow.

That exercise is a lifter is a well-known fact. Here are five movements to give you a high endorphin on days that feel especially slow.

Swimming back: swimming is a good exercise anyway, but the back is preferable since it forces the swimmer to slow down. It's almost as good as floating in the water.

Running / brisk walking: if you prefer to run on the treadmill, keep the incline at 1%. Run at a slow pace, keeping the speed between 8 and 10 km / h. Alternatively, you can go for a brisk walk and maintain your speed at 6.4 km / h.

Indoor cycling: indoor cycling is another excellent way to relieve stress. Keep the intensity low, but keep your traffic rate high for the correct balance.

Cross training with the right technique: cross training fights exhaustion problems, but most people ruin the cross trainer technique by not keeping the heel down. Use your entire foot to press the pedal to do it right.

Paddling in the gym: learn to paddle easily in an indoor paddle with a gym trainer, and practice it four to six times a week for 30 to 45 minutes will help reduce stress. Alternatively, going up and down the stairs in a high-rise building will facilitate the mind.
