there is no shortage of medical oxygen in the state, oxygen is being made available according to the demands. Oxygen allocated from the center should be available soon. We are making Balance in demand and supply of oxygen. Oxygen audit necessary in all hospitals, drastic action should be taken on black marketing of oxygen. Supply of oxygen will be given to institutional only but to individual on a very serious condition. CM said that there is no thought of putting a complete lockdown.
